Your tasks:
Customer service: You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with comprehensive support. This includes receiving and processing enquiries, providing advice on our services and solving problems.
Order acceptance: You will be responsible for the complete processing of orders - from acceptance and recording to the coordination of transport in collaboration with our scheduling department
Communication: You coordinate and communicate with our customers, partners and internal departments to ensure that transport operations run smoothly.
Documentation: You will ensure that all relevant information is carefully recorded and documented and that it is correctly stored in our systems.
Complaints management: You process complaints and find customer-orientated solutions to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Your profile:
Completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in forwarding, logistics or transport is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
Organisational talent, initiative and an independent way of working
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with freight forwarding software
Good knowledge of German and English
